• b) Provide analytical support for pilot plant scale up and manufacturing plant trouble-shooting
• c) Qualify new processes introduction and process changes
• d) Qualify new suppliers for raw materials and Active Ingredients
• e) Manage and execute all AI related chemical & phys-chem GLP studies globally to ensure the operation is high quality, agile, timely and cost effective.
• f) Maintain and improve the GLP system and ensure the compliance of OECD GLP principles
• g) Represent API in the global specification group to plan GLP studies, and to set-up AI specification to ensure manufacturing flexibility, cost effective and meet registration requirement.

1. Ph.D. in analytical chemistry or organic chemistry with a minimum of 8 years experience in agrochemical/pharmaceuticals or fine chemicals industries. An advanced degree in chemistry [Ph.D.] is highly preferred.

2. Demonstrated leadership skills with supervisory/managerial experience [5+ years] in leading and managing technical personnel.

3. Solid knowledge and hands-on experience of spectroscopy and chromatography laboratory equipment with validations, calibrations, maintenance and etc. Familiar with analytical method development and validation.

4. Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills are essential. Experience in multinational companies with GLP or GMP or ISO9001 quality system is highly preferred.

5. Proficiency in English and good PC skills.

6. Strong self-motivator and a team player.
