Job responsibilities:

• Prepare construction and engineering CAD drawings.
• Liaise and coordinate with project team and clients.
• Assist the project team to prepare the presentation materials.
• Provide admin support to the project team.
• Ensure delivering the project presentation on time, within budget and in compliance with the company requirements.
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks.

Job requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Proficiency in PC knowledge, especially Photoshop, AutoCAD, Revit or 3D rendering
• Solid experienced in AutoCAD and Revit is a MUST
• Relevant experience in 3D design is an advantage
• Academic background in engineering is an advantage
• 1 year of relevant working experience in construction/design/commercial media field is an advantage
• Good written and oral communication of English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Mature, well-organized, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Draftsman
