HVAC Engineering Co. in Macau is looking for:

Draftsman (HVAC)

Roles:
1. Creating and altering HVAC drawings / sketches.
2. Ongoing drawing focused collaboration with project managers and design consultants.
3. Management and organization of all HVAC CAD drawings.
4. Printing of CAD drawings in various formats and packages, and delivering them to the correct contact in a timely manner.
5. Site coordination with consultants and sub-contractors to develop the construction drawings.

Responsibilities:
1. Creating accurate CAD drawings from hand sketches, verbal instructions, and site visits.
2. Seamlessly integrating and working with Project Managers, Design Consultants, and sub-contractors, to produce and alter drawings.
3. Thinking creatively and critically to support the project team in the design process, to create sketches and drawings that is workable.
4. Creating and continually updating project drawings lists.
5. Printing various formats of drawing sets for project managers and site superintendents.
6. Systematically saving sketches and drawings on our CAD server; keeping the server organized; updating project folders and files as jobs progress and revisions are made.
7. Reviewing and checking sketches and drawings for errors, before being sent to architects, subcontractors, project managers, etc.
8. Seeking clarity and understanding from engineers and project managers.

Qualitative and Other Attributes Required:

4. Be self-motivate.

Knowledge and Skills Required:
1. An associate degree in drafting from a technical school or community college, although certificate programs are also available.
2. Best knowledge in the AutoCAD program.
3. At least two years related working experience in HVAC CAD draftsmen.
4. Excellent communication skills; listening, comprehension, and feedback.
5. Willing to work and stay in Macau
6. Macau ID holder an advantage
