Job description

Responsibilities:

• Caters for students entering the Drama/Fine arts/ IB MYP Science (Biology) programme;
• Planning for student learning, teaching specialized on Drama/Fine arts/Biology, plus science in general;
• Working hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm;
• students ages: depending on the subject that applicant will teach
• Class scale: 25 to 32
• 40 minutes per each class;
• Textbook: provided by school, using a range and balance of teaching strategies;
• Willing to participate with school club/activity week by week;
• Willing to become involved with the life of the school (E.g. graduation, open houses, school celebrations, concerts, MYP performance, etc).

Selection Criteria:

• Has a Bachelor’s degree least ; and
• Is a native English speaker and passport holder from native English-speaking countries; and
• Has a TEFL/TESOL 120 hours certificate or equivalent English language teaching certificate (if applicable); and
• 2 years full time teaching experience preferred (related subject teaching experience or IB MYP experience preferred); and
• Has a clear criminal record; and
• Is in a good health condition;
• Applicant shall meet with all State Administration of Foreign Expert Affairs’ selection criteria and requirements;
• A self-intro video shall provide to school and a school interview required.

• Monthly salary starts from RMB20,000 yuan to 25.000RMB; 1 month probation required;
