Qualifications:
TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate, Bachelor’s degree or above
2+ years of English teaching experience (for non-certified applicants); relevant background and experience required for subject teachers
For Subject Teachers: Related education background and work experience is required
Documents:
Education/English/Teaching-related degree or teacher qualification (certified) or TEFL certification (if obtained in China, may waive work experience requirement)
Two or more years of English teaching recommendation letters (for non-certified applicants)
Valid, up-to-date criminal record check (must match passport name)
Degree certification (must match passport name)

Workload:
Teaching Hours:
Primary/Middle/High School: ≤20 periods (40 minutes per class)
Office Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
Lunch Break: 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm
Homeroom Teachers: Must be with students during office hours

Interview Process:
Round 1: Interview with HR
Round 2: Interview with the department leader

Salary & Benefits:
Monthly Salary: 20,000 - 28,000 RMB before tax
Bonus:
Monthly/Semester/Yearly: 70% of one month’s salary if contract is renewed
Overtime Allowance: 150 RMB per class (Primary/Secondary School)
Festivals: Same as Chinese staff holidays plus Christmas Day
Food Allowance: 450 RMB per month
Water & Electricity Allowance: 300 RMB per month if living on campus
Paid Holidays: Winter holidays and other official Chinese holidays
Housing Allowance: Free apartment provided; RMB 2400 housing allowance if renting off-campus
Business Insurance: Provided
Transportation Allowance: 6,000 - 10,000 RMB per year at the end of the contract
Semester Teaching Bonus: Up to 6,000 RMB (up to 12,000 RMB yearly based on evaluation results)
Z-Visa Assistance: Provided
