- Ability to teach across the areas from kindergarten to high school students.
- Develop classroom standards to maintain student discipline and behavior, meanwhile, create an interactive classroom environment for students.
- Establish learning objectives and goals clearly.
- Develop and implement effective learning programs.
- Keep up-to-date on new teaching methods and design a developmentally appropriate curriculum.
- Prepare lesson materials, homework, assignments, etc.
- Implement small group guided reading.
- Use various methods such as oral presentation, workshops, discussion, etc. for instruction, guide students to develop creativity, visual awareness, critical and cultural understanding.
- Involve written drama work from time to time. Evaluate student performance regularly and providing them with the necessary feedback, criticism, encouragement and support.
- Prepare individual report cards and communicate in-person to the parents about their children’s progress.
- Participate in student recruitment activities, such as demonstration classes and marketing activities, organized by the company and interview potential students.
- Participate in school events, conduct and prepare in Event Days, Theme Days activities and year shows.

- Native English or French speaker
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Performing Arts/Theatre/Performance
Minimum 5 years working experience as a drama teacher/director with a reference letter provided, international schools preferred.
- Positive, passionate about teaching and drama, can develop 120mins arts lesson plans and create a structured curriculum
- Available to work Friday afternoon and evening, all day Saturday and Sunday
- Available to work Monday-Sunday during the spring vacation (the months of Chinese New Year which is usually between Jan and Feb) and the summer holiday (from July to August)
