High School Drama Teacher (International Department)

Job Overview
Our international high school department in Nanjing is recruiting a full-time native English-speaking Drama Teacher. You will deliver professional drama courses for Grade 9–12 international students, with priority given to candidates with A-Level Drama teaching experience. The contract lasts 10 months (summer vacation not included).
Key Responsibilities
Teach drama courses covering acting, improvisation, script analysis and theatre history to high school international students.
Independently develop syllabi, lesson plans and assessment standards, and keep complete student learning records.
Organize rehearsals, direct school theatrical performances and manage drama club extracurricular activities.
Maintain regular communication with students, parents and faculty of the international department.
Attend department meetings, professional training and all school-wide events as required.
Job Requirements
Native English speaker.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Drama, Theatre Arts, Performing Arts, English or other relevant majors.
At least 2 years of high school drama teaching experience; candidates with A-Level Drama teaching experience are strongly preferred.
Excellent classroom management, communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about drama education, responsible, adaptable and able to cooperate well with the team.
Working Arrangement
Weekly teaching hours: 18–24 periods
Contract term: 10 months (summer vacation excluded)
Compensation & Benefits
Comprehensive pre-tax monthly salary package: RMB 24,000 – 27,000.
Housing support: Free on-campus accommodation OR RMB 2,500 monthly housing allowance.
Social insurance covered by the school in accordance with local policies.
Fixed basic salary of RMB 10,000 provided during winter vacation.
RMB 10,000 flight allowance issued upon successful completion of the full contract.
