Job Title: Drama and Primary English Teacher

Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons to students across Key Stage 1 and 2, adhering to a bilingual curriculum.
- Plan, prepare, and assess lessons tailored to the diverse needs of students, including EAL and SEN learners.
- Maintain accurate student records and provide detailed feedback through formative and summative assessments.
- Actively participate in extracurricular activities and contribute to the broader school community.
- Ensure a safe and stimulating learning environment that fosters student well-being.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and collaborate with colleagues on educational initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- A recognized teaching qualification equivalent to QTS, such as an education degree focusing on primary education.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a qualified teacher.
- Native-level fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- A current police clearance check not exceeding 6 months in age.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate students through effective teaching practices.
- A commitment to pastoral care and strong interpersonal skills for working with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Adaptability and teamwork skills suitable for a bilingual educational environment.
- Knowledge and experience with positive disciplinary methods are preferred.
- Candidates from the UK preferred

Salary and Benefits:
- Gross Base Salary: CNY 21,000-31,000 per month.
- Accommodation: A housing allowance of CNY 4,000 per month provided by the school.
- Paid Holidays: Full salary for Summer & Winter holidays, public holidays, one week for Christmas, Easter Day, and 7 days of paid sick leave.
- Health Insurance: Premium international commercial insurance covering China Mainland and social insurance.
- Flight Reimbursement: CNY 10,000 for airfare after completing the first-year contract; CNY 5,000 upon contract completion (reimbursement for flights from/to home country to/from Nanjing).
- Annual Bonus: A performance-based bonus equivalent to half a month's gross base salary upon completion of one year; CNY 5,000 retention bonus for renewing a two-year contract.
- Visa Fees Reimbursement: Up to CNY 7,000 reimbursement for visa-related expenses.
- iPGCE Certificate Reimbursement: A reimbursement of £3,600 for iPGCE Certificate.
- School Places: A 20% discount on tuition fees for the first child (applies only to tuition fees and excludes additional charges such as catering, school bus, and uniform).
