English Teacher (Korr Education Group Branch Kindergarten)

Kindergarten Location: Line 10 Panjiayuan , Chaoyang District, Beijing

Key Responsibilities
1. Teaching & Educational Duties:
· Observe and understand children's needs, assisting the Lead Teacher in implementing English educational plans tailored to the class.
· Design, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons.
· Support all daily educational activities and routines, including circle time, meals, nap time, and transitions.
· Uphold and follow the kindergarten's safety and health policies.
· Participate in English curriculum planning, professional development, and educational research activities.
· Independently organize and lead class activities.
· Closely observe and monitor children's performance and engagement during activities.
· Prepare all teaching materials and lesson content in advance.
· Provide children with positive reinforcement and effective guidance.
· Provide timely feedback to the Lead Teacher on children's English language progress.
· Support the organization of school and class events.
· Actively participate in teaching meetings and contribute to the educational team.
· Complete a monthly English Teaching Progress Report.
2. Parent Communication:
· Assist in maintaining effective communication with parents.
· Support the Lead Teacher during parent-teacher meetings and other school events.
3. Other Duties:
· Perform other related tasks as assigned by the leadership team.
Qualifications & Requirements

Education:
· Bachelor's degree or higher;

Experience:

· Minimum of 1 year of professional work experience abroad.
· Over 2 years of full-time teaching experience in an international or bilingual kindergarten (with 3-6 year-olds, in mixed-age or single-age classes).

Knowledge & Competencies:
· Thorough understanding of the developmental characteristics of children aged 3-6.
· Familiarity with English teaching methodologies and systematic phonics instruction (letter sounds, blending, etc.).
· Knowledge of kindergarten daily routines and classroom management.
· Experience in designing and extending learning activities (arts & crafts, drama, science experiments, etc.).
· Skilled in guiding children's learning through play and interactive activities.
· Ability to effectively manage classroom discipline and address children's emotional needs.

Skills:
· Excellent English communication skills (English is the working language).
· Strong parent communication and interpersonal skills.

Payment :
25000-30000Rmb/Month after tax
