The Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Causeway Bay is managed by the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and; is the first Crowne Plaza branded hotel in Hong Kong. The hotel offers upscale accommodation, authentic cuisine and state-of-the-art meeting facilities with enhanced services. Ideally located at Leighton Road, major business, leisure and shopping facilities in the Causeway Bay area are easily accessible and within walking distance. Job Responsibilities

Perform valet parking and concierge duties

Possess good knowledge of hotel facilities and services and make use of this knowledge to promote our hotel

Maintain good knowledge of the city routes

Responsible for safe transfer of guests from all determined location

Responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of cars used for guest transfer

Perform any other duties as requested by the management

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in guest service or as a driver

Holder of valid driving license

Good command of Cantonese and basic conversational English

Shift duties is required

Special allowance will be provided
