Valet park guest motor vehicles in accordance with Company’s policies and procedures, meeting the required levels of guest service at all times

Undertake cashiering responsibilities at the Public and Paiza valet desks as assigned

Direct traffic into, out from and through the car parks as and when assigned

Assist with traffic direction and management from Cotai Strip into the properties and provide manual ticket distribution and collection as and when assigned

Be familiar with all hotel and Cotai Strip services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately

Be familiar with the Hotels’ and Cotai Strip services, features and amenities

Anticipate guest’s needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests with an appropriate salutation and a smile, however busy and whatever time of day

Respond to guest comments, requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Take personal responsibility to resolve issues and in need, escalate to Supervisor or Duty Manager to ensure prompt and complete resolution

Ensure Supervisor is advised of any and all guest comments

Ensure Company and department policies and procedures are adhered to at all times

Take extreme care of the property of Guest and the Company

Maintain positive guest relations

Be conversant with all facets of the Valet and Car Parking Services operations including fire life safety and emergency related procedures

Respect all driving regulations including speed limits within the car parks

Assist with loading / unloading guest’s luggage into/ out of valet parked vehicles

Maintain secure and accurate record of all vehicle keys and vehicle locations

Ensure all cashiering reconciliations and functions are handled every shift, strictly adhering to company policy and procedures

Perform the duties of Driver (driving limousine and service guests) when business demand require so

Review status of assignments and any follow-up action with in-coming Driver

Never argue with Guests or let other Team Members argue with Guests

Complete other assignments as directed
