We are looking for driven and enthusiastic individuals to join our transport management and supply chain management team as a Driver Trainer for Belgium. Based at either our Gent or Heusden-Zolder plant, you will be working with our drivers, other driver trainers and haulier teams across the Northern continent (France, Benelux and Germany) to ensure a safe delivery of our products to our customers.

We are looking for driven and enthusiastic individuals to join our transport management and supply chain management team as a Driver Trainer for Belgium. Based at either our Gent or Heusden-Zolder plant, you will be working with our drivers, other driver trainers and haulier teams across the Northern continent (France, Benelux and Germany) to ensure a safe delivery of our products to our customers.
As a Driver trainer you will be predominantly responsible for:
- Developing and continuous updating of training material for driver trainings
- Organizing and managing trainings for all our drivers in Belgium to ensure a high compliance rate of our driver training curriculum
- Continuously monitoring our drivers for compliance with our procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A truck driver license C1/C1E up to CE
- Must be able to work on his or her own and in a team
- Organisational and problem solving skills
- Excellent computer literacy skills
As we have our drivers spread over a number of plants there will be a high level of travel linked to this role.
As we are working for the Northern Continent which is multilingual we are looking for a driver trainer with multiple language capabilities comprising minimum two or more languages of the following:
- Polish
- Dutch and French for Belgium
- English
