Job Descriptions

• Manage and lead the team to provide support through shift meeting, training and shift handover
• Log down all cases during shift operation, including outstanding order, other department requests, special cases, notify to next shift, fire alarm, equipment suspension, etc
• Attend emergency calls from various departments and inform their superiors
• Attend all ad hoc cases and attend guest complaints
• Call internal meeting and delegate jobs to all section foremen, e.g. plumbing, electrical, A.C., mechanical, etc
• Handle emergency cases such as fire alarm, power failure, HVAC breakdown and special situations such as typhoon

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years experiences in engineering, with at least 2 years supervisory level experiences
• Diploma in building services, electrical, mechanical engineering or relevant disciplines
• Holder of Electrical Worker Certificate is highly preferred
• Hand-on experiences in trouble shooting and analysis
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to work on both day and night shifts in a competitive environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality
