JOB DESCRIPTION

• Operation of kitchen equipment, air-con system, building automation, fire protection system, electrical panel, plumbing equipment, boiler, heater and related sub-system to run the Hotels’ operation, preventive maintenance, breakdown repair, constructive work, capital upgrading, minor project upgrading of equipment and alteration to the system, and other related task.

• Work with professional Engineer, Designer, Consultant, Architect and Contractor on upgrading project and temporary supply for exhibitions and conventions.

• Conduct safety inspection of kitchen, public area, guest room, stores and follow-up all related works. This also includes function as an ALL Safe Officer

 

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Must be a degree holder in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and duly licensed by the Professional Regulations Commission.

• Should have at least 1-2 years or more of working experience in Engineering Repair and Maintenance.

• Previous duty engineer’s post in a luxury hotel setting is an asset
