Client Details:

Our client is a one of luxury real estate group which is well respected across the industry. They are looking for a Duty Engineer to look after the luxury residences and commercial portfolio in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of the entire facility,engineering facilities, equipment and machinery adhere to governmental regulations 
• Responsible for the cost control aspect of maintenance, budgets, capital works program and engineering plans
• Contribute to premises' profitability to ensure the effective management of the building environmental control and energy conservation system
• Verify completion of all routine maintenance, including repairs, replacement and renovation works throughout the hotel
• Monitor and manage team performance by providing supervision and professional development, counselling and coaching
• Handle tenant complaints and carry out corrective actions
  
  

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• 10+ years of relevant experience preferably in hotel facilities
  
• Knowledge in energy conservation, HVAC system and building services
• Knowledge in handling licensing and certificate matters with government departments
• Mature, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
