Duty Engineer

 (TKO area)

Duties and responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive engineering and technical services to the client.

• Ensure all procedures, processes, and client requirements are undertaken in a timely and efficient manner.
• Manage maintenance contractors to ensure that planned preventive maintenance had been carried out in accordance the maintenance schedule.
• Ensure the implementation and management of risk & safety work practices to reduce the interruption to client’s operations.
• Coordinate with building operation teams in setting up and sustaining the best maintenance standards and practices.
• Report any incidents, alarms, irregularities, or abnormalities of E&M equipment inside office areas, plant rooms, or IT server rooms.
• A track record of detailing and managing contractors to carry out high quality works and services (including handling of technical problem and failure)

Requirements:

• Diploma holder with at least 5 years relevant work experience
• Registered electrical worker license A0
• Strong interpersonal, decision-making and people skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent spoken & written English
• Fluent spoken & written local language
