Job Description

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

  • Service focused personality is essential.
  • 1-2 years of experience with similar responsibility.
  • Prior experience working with Opera or a related system will be an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
  • Self-driven individual, with a proactive and positive approach to change
  • Ability to accept responsibility and organize the work.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

 

  • Responsible for the smooth functioning and for the satisfactory rooming and welfare of all guests of the hotel.
  • Lead and supervise day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service.
  • Handling guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee. Memorable moments for our guests.
  • Responsible for Reception, Concierge operations, Telephones, Hospitality and Cashier.
  • Liaise with different departments for smooth and coordinated work.
  • Ensure cleanliness of all areas under the Front Office viz., Lobby, corridors, main staircase and drive away.
  • Ensure that the arrivals and departures for the day and relevant records are maintained.
  •
