Job Description
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
- Service focused personality is essential.
- 1-2 years of experience with similar responsibility.
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system will be an asset
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
- Self-driven individual, with a proactive and positive approach to change
- Ability to accept responsibility and organize the work.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Responsible for the smooth functioning and for the satisfactory rooming and welfare of all guests of the hotel.
- Lead and supervise day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service.
- Handling guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee. Memorable moments for our guests.
- Responsible for Reception, Concierge operations, Telephones, Hospitality and Cashier.
- Liaise with different departments for smooth and coordinated work.
- Ensure cleanliness of all areas under the Front Office viz., Lobby, corridors, main staircase and drive away.
- Ensure that the arrivals and departures for the day and relevant records are maintained.
