Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the management of the building complex as well as facilitating the smooth running of events during his/her shift
• As the panel operator, he/she has to have good knowledge about all systems and their escalation procedures. He/she has to respond to all incidents and coordinate with respective stakeholders for remedial action to be taken. Detailed and accurate entries are required in the occurrence book
• Maintain and safe keep of all keys kept in the Control Room with accurate entries made on retrieval and return of all keys
• Patrol the building complex and to report items requiring servicing or maintenance
• Respond to scenes of incident, conduct initial enquiry and report result to the Control Room
• Provide support to events including validating the event set up, directing crowd flow and traffic management
• Maintain orders at the AWE Complex
• Prevent and expel illegal hawkers and ticket scalpers from the venue;
• Daily hoisting and lowering of National, SAR & Company flats
• Any other duties directed by the Head of Security

Requirements:

• Good written / spoken Chinese (Cantonese), fluency in written/spoken English is an advantage
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in security industry, property management, hospitality services and control room etc.
• Possess a valid Security Personnel Permit and QAS certificate
• A self-disciplined person who is able to handle incidents occurring on the complex independently
• Basic knowledge about the operation of CCTV, Key Access Control, Fire Alarm and other systems in the Control Room
• Able to handle loss and found reports
• Good interpersonal skills and be able to work with internal/external parties in the execution of his/her duties
• Work together with other team members as a team
• Preferably in possession of a valid Hong Kong driving license (vehicle category 1) and first-aid certificate is preferred
