Responsibilities

• Monitors production schedules and flow for the Company to ensure a smooth operations and takes necessary follow-up action as required
• Performs in-house and airport ramp areas patrolling and reports any irregularities
• Handles accident, irregularity and emergency cases by performing investigation as well as follow-up action
• Serves as the key coordinator to handle flight movement to ensure timely information and service quality
• Coordinates transportation service arrangement and answer enquiries from internal / external customers

Requirements

• Tertiary educated in any disciplines, preferably related to operations or facilities management
• 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in airline or transportation industry. Suitable candidates with more relevent working experience will be considered as Duty Manager
• Hands-on experience in crisis / risk management, handling of emergency cases, facility management or execution of business continuity plan is an advantage
• Holder of driving license no. 1 or/and 2
• Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Basic first aid knowledge is preferable
• 24-hours sift duty is required
