About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Engineer, our Duty Technicians maintain our buildings, plant, equipment, fixtures and fittings across our 3 Hotels (Pullman, Novotel & Ibis) at Sydney Olympic Park.

In this Full-Time role, you will learn and work alongside a dedicated team of technicians who perform a range of activities such as basic carpentry, plumbing, painting and general repairs.

Whilst a basic understanding of maintenance tasks and tools of trade is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone to learn from the ground up, and kick start their engineering career in an exciting environment where no two days are the same.

About You

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Availability to work a range of AM and PM shifts including days, weekends and event days.
• A confident, positive and enthusiastic demeanour.
• Driver’s license is highly desired also, but not essential.
• A basic understanding of tools of trade and maintenance and repairs is desired, however not essential.
