Who You’ll Work With

ThinkReality) and smart home/o¬ffice solutions, software and services.

As part of the CIO organization, you will be responsible for core IT systems
that allow our company to function on a day-to-day basis. Executing projects
as varied as ecommerce sites, to payroll, to programming robotic arms – our
company relies on the skill and efficiency of its CIO teams to realize its
potential.
About Our Team
The Services IT department is responsible for all systems that allow Lenovo to
support customers after they bought a product from us. From initial contact
via our website or a call center through to shipping parts and booking
appointments, we need to ensure we fix our customers problems in an efficient
and timely way.
What You’ll Do
You will be working with the Services IT team focusing on the software used
within all Call Centers and Repair centers. You will be work directly with
business teams and outside vendors to design and build workflows into the
Dynamics 365 that maximizes our customer satisfaction ratings, while retaining
good cost control.
#### Position Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
• An associate degree or higher in a Computer Science or related engineering
field.
• At least 1 year of experience working on the Dynamics 365 platform including
writing significant customizations in C#
• At least 2 years work experience within the IT or related industry.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience of Power Automate
