- Provide all-round professional administrative support to Sales director and to ensure that effective communication and confidentiality are maintained at all times.
- Arrange, confirm and manage detailed calendars; schedule senior-level meetings, events and arrange all necessary logistics
- Arrange travel for incoming visitors and VIP’s, and outbound visit of team members.
- Handle business correspondences and confidential documents.
- Perform general tasks including, but not limited to, preparing correspondence, business filing; research requested information, archiving and preparing pre-meeting materials for review
- Support Cross category & function sales project coordination & timeline, deliverable management, start to own independent project with guidance from team leaders
- Take minutes and coordinate with responsible parties to ensure action points are delivered on time
- Liaise with affiliated office staff at all levels in a professional manner
- Assist in ad-hoc project as assigned by management, report on budget, workflow and outstanding items
- Raise Purchase orders on behalf of sales team.
- Act as the key point of contact for handling inquiries from other offices
- Support other senior executive team members when it is needed
- Any other duties the Employee may be instructed to carry out by the board of directors from time to time that are reasonably within the scope of the Employee’s job position and work capabilities.
- Provide basic business data support basing on sales director’s requirement.
- Summarize and analyze data or feedback in time from regional sales basing on sales director’s requirement.
- Manage and updated common information to the latest from time to time, such as store #, HC#, budget, working schedule etc.

Skills / Experience Required:
- Bachelor holder in Business or other related discipline
- Minimum of 2-3 years solid experience in providing business support to the senior executives, with at least 1 year solid administrative experience as a PA/EA
- Positive attitude and a pro-active approach to problem solving
- Experienced working with all levels in a corporate environment
- Highest degree of integrity, professionalism, diplomacy and discretion required
- Self-driven and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Good time management and prioritization skills
- A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Thrives in a fast-pace work environment
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
