Qualification/Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ MNC Pharma or MNC Pharma E&C experience
  • Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin with a strong teamwork mindset
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint in particular)
  • Bachelor’s degree or above

Additional Preference

  • Finance or Audit background is a plus

Primary Function/Purpose

  • Familiarize with the data sources for E&C (including relevant metrics owned by different functions, such as BDS, NGMS, etc.).
  • Maintain and develop scorecards (e.g., Big 3, 7 Elements, etc.).
  • Update other trackers and reporting (e.g., MAW progress, ECPER, Annual State of Compliance, etc.).
  • Drive periodic SOP review/localization process.
  • Facilitate monthly ‘Policy Study’.

Key Responsibilities


Reporting and Analysis
  • Analyze monitoring data (types, findings, ratings, CAPAs, etc.) and identify either business trends or monitoring-skill improvement areas. Support supervisor in working with E&C monitors to continuously improve consistency in monitoring preparation, observation documentation accuracy, and meaningful root cause analyses & CAPA actions.
  • Be responsible for preparing and completing global E&C reporting requirements: 7-Elements Reporting Tool, Global Quarterly Metrics, Big3 Scorecard, Annual State of Compliance, etc.
  • Meet and prepare for local analytical needs such as RSD scorecard to inform business risk management and program implementation.
  • Be an SME in the arena of analytics and provide information and data support in preparation for various projects such as Key Stakeholder Analysis, affiliate E&C Risk Assessment and regular Global visitor visits.
  • Act as affiliate E&C representative in Global initiative of analytics projects such as DART enhancement.

Partnering with Internal Controls
  • Be E&C representative in Internal Control-led initiatives such as CAS prep and Tableau analytics.
  • Support I/C audits with E&C-related data analytics.

SOPs Maintenance
  • Lead affiliate-wide periodic localization review per Global schedule for SOPs review.
  • Facilitate the ‘Policy Study’ exercise by keeping the policy study files updated.
