Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1、Develop, sell, and manage the e-cigarette market in the assigned country, achieving sales targets.
2、Analyze the local market, regulations, consumer demand, and competitive landscape to formulate market strategies.
3、Establish relationships with distributors, retailers, etc., expand sales channels, and enhance brand awareness.
4、Build and manage a sales team, leading the team to achieve sales targets.
5、Be responsible for brand promotion and marketing activities to enhance brand influence.
6、Collect and analyze market information, providing feedback on market dynamics and suggestions to headquarters.

Job Requirements:
1、College degree or above, with majors in marketing, international trade, etc. being preferred.
2、Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-cigarette or FMCG sales, including at least 3 years of team management experience. Overseas market expansion experience is a plus.
3、Familiarity with e-cigarette products, market trends, and regulations, with strong market insight.
4、Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills. Able to withstand pressure and work well in a team.
5、Fluent in English (CET-4 or CET-6), with proficiency in the local language being a plus.
6、Strong sense of responsibility, dedicated, and able to adapt to long-term expatriate assignments, with a requirement to travel 4-8 months per year.
