We are looking for

E-Commerce Analysis Manager

to support our Team.

What you’ll do:


  • Mission: To develop compelling E-com business and ensure to achieve Sale goal successfully in APEC/China

  • Providing analysis insight and timely communication to optimize the process of online Pay a critical role in line partnership activities with merchandising & planning team, working closely with Ecom team to quick response the business and raise the efficient solution.

  • Accountabilities:
    • Pre-season Analysis
    • Lead the partnership with Merchandising & planning team to develop buy plan for matching the right assortment in each online platform of APEC (excluding China)
    • Conduct historical analysis ,raise proposals for pre-season buying structures at channelgender/div./cat.level
    • Based on existing analysis model to provide detail analysis on the article level to identify key drivers Eg. top selling articles ,as well as slow moving items ,scouting out new chance in local market to solid ecom business
    • Coordinate kids buying process in APEC (Excluding China)

  • In season Merchandising Execution & analysis
  • Working closely with e-com team to optimize merchandising and achieve GM target
  • Lead in the process to provide ongoing product and category performance and quantitative analysis
  • Work closely with Merchandise team for markdown strategy and execute markdown and Clearance process
  • Assortment plan for online promotion in line with platform ‘s requirements
  • Co-work with e-com team and Merchandising &planning team to maximize in season sell-thru
  • Tracing & Analysis for Key competitor performance in seasonal and cooperate with MM& Planning

  • Post –Season Review
    • Provide analysis and documentation for post–season review
    • Provide seasonal deep dive analysis for key promotion
    • Partner with Ecom tea/MM/Planning/gent To develop action steps for next season

  • Buying & analysis role for Kids
    • Take partial Buying & analysis role for Kids

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Minimun 5 years’ experience in merchandising or planning function
  • Rigorous business analysis –understanding and interpreting data: putting data/analysis
  • Prefer have experience in Ecom field
  • Prefer very good Excel modeling skills and ability to develop useful models /tools that can be rolled out to merchandising and retail team
  • Prefer good presentation and PPT SKILL
  • Good understanding of retail business
  • Fluent English
