You will be responsible for growing online sales by analysing online customer behaviour and e-platform traffic data to draw up sales strategies. Optimize e-platform for better shopping experience thereby increasing conversion rate and partner with Marketing Team to work out marketing plans and goals. The number of page views, conversion rate and Product sales on e-platform would be your achievement.
Job Duties:
- Analysze E-business requirements, online consumer behaviour and traffic data to work out sales strategies.
- To plan, implement and execute effective sales innovation for building continuous sales growth.
- Manage E-Platforms and e-commerce business
- optimise online shopping experience, transform sales from traditional to e-platform, increase consumer steps and conversion rate.
- collaborate with marketing team to manage online marketing plan, timeline, feedback and data report.
- coordinate with external business partners for increasing the online sales in all respects including online advertising and joint promotions.
- share ideas of e-platform design, features and tools.
- Accountable for e-commerce overall budget control and sales analysis.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Sales and Marketing/E-commerce or related disciplines.
- At least 3 years working experience in E-commerce or sales in the field of retail industry is highly preferable.
- Strong sales oriented as ultimate goal.
- Solid knowledge in various online cooperation partners, online sales acquisition and coversion optimisation
- Solid experience in online sales, preferably in social media, influenza marketing and e-commerce channels landscape in HK is a must
- Strong analytical, problem solving and communications skills.
- Creative, proactive, flexible, dynamic and energetic.
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese.
