Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Participate CDM & FBR meeting and responsible for style selection from offline collection to support E-com assortment plans set by assortment manager.
2. Works with cross functional partners to achieve assortment needs with offline buyers, designer, e-com planner, allocator.
3. Responsible to create orders for exclusive online styles under the set assortment plans.
4. Works with approved suppliers to meet assortment needs.
5. Responsible to submit & manage SDS packs with supplier to meet the assortment needs of exclusive online styles.
6. Responsible to manage OTB commitments within the approved OTB.
7. Solves the order-related problems and manages timelines of sample development, order placement and garment delivery.
8. Responsible to know and communicate competitive landscape.
9. Sales performance analyses, follow-up the sales performance of the related class or division in order to optimize the construction of the next collection online.
10. Responsible for MKD recommendation to clear seasonal and slow moving inventory.
11. Quick response to the online promotion products selection/homepage and PDP checking.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION (Level and major):
college degree
EXPERIENCE (years, functional area, breadth and depth of experience):
At least 3 years relative working experience
Online buying experience is preferred.

Good sense for fashion
Pro-active and reactive
Strong communication skills
Strong business sense
Analytical skills
LANGUAGE (language, level of proficiency) :
Fluent in English and Mandarin
COMPUTER AND SOFTWARE APPLICATION:
Good at computer skills, excel is a must
