Job Description
The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for handling our B2B European customer inquiries, handling orders and requests via mainly email and phone. Will troubleshoot and problem solve with the customer, using specialized computer tools and support from other departments. Will have the ability to understand customer problems and provide proactive solutions that exceed our customers’ expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide email support to our main B2B customers (Resellers, distributors, dropshippers, .).
- Extensive use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM application and internal systems
- Ability to follow internal operations process for supporting customers
- Maintain and increase product knowledge through study and training
- Ability to make decisions, resolve problems, and use good judgment in a variety of customer support circumstances
- Handle inquiries by preparing price quotations and follow up new customer.
- Prepare and analyze monthly sales reports of your customers and report directly to the manager
- Contribute ideas on maximizing the customer experience
- Understanding market and competitive products
- Proactively find and seize opportunities and analyze customers needs and potential
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Strong written and spoken English language ability
- Diploma in marketing, sales, communications,English, trading or related disciplines
- Customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Preferable over 3 years relevant working experience in sales/customer support position
- Outstanding analytical skills, strong experience interpreting test results & drawing conclusions
- Be positive, ambitious and proactive, with the desire and drive to work within a competitive industry
- Proficient in various computer software applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, Dynamics CRM)
- Demonstrates a professional presence with a customer-focused attitude toward following sales and issue resolution
- Demonstrate Customer Service Soft Skills to provide a Best In Class customer experience
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Requires prompt and reliable attendance
- Excellent oral communication skills & customer service orientation
