Job Description:
1. Answer queries from client, customers through phone, email or online chatting tool
2. Find the needs of the customers according to the enquiry.
3. Handling complaint.
4. Help with new staff training.
5. Customer satisfaction survey and new product promotion through social media.
Requirement:
1. Familiar with the process of e-commerce.
2. Able to take pressure.
3. Quick learner.
4. Good at Microsoft, windows.
