Reporting to Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing the e-commerce operations both in Hong Kong and Greater China.

Responsibilities:

• Assist on the execution of E-commerce strategy for Greater China
• Execute and drive content marketing channels including but not limited to WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu, Zhihu to achieve business target
• Enhance and maintain E-shop to drive customer usage, traffic and conversion rate
• Provide support to digital marketing campaigns and promotions, including material preparation, research and report data
• Supervise the operation of social community in WeChat and WeCom
• Put on the content for the support of SEO and analyze the results
• Assist on daily e-commerce operation tasks and ad-hoc projects as assigned

 Requirement:

• Degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Business Studies, e-Commerce or related disciplines  
• Fresh graduates of master’s degree or above are also welcome
• Be familiar to popular online social media platform in Mainland China is a MUST
• Be familiar to Hong Kong retail product (such as Cosmetic,  FMCG, Food & Beverage) is an advantage
• Well versed with MS Office, especially Power Point & Excel
• Good command of written and spoken Mandarin and English
• Basic knowledge on graphic artwork and understand “simple is the best”
• Pro-active, detail oriented with creative mindset and to be a good team player
• Immediately available is preferable
• Working Location: Shatin (near MTR station)
