Your Responsibilities:
  • To deliver business target by managing GSK Tmall supermarkets’ operation.
  • To drive consumer engagement KPI by designing and implementing digital-ecommerce campaign.
  • The role will cover categories focus on oral health business
  • It’s a mix role by responsible for brand communication within digital and ecommerce environment, TP recruiting & management, shopper conversion and store membership, etc.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责:
  • Responsible for GSK Tmall supermarkets’ operation.
  • Covered categories focus on oral health business
  • Own offtake (sell-out) sales target.
  • To plan, design and implement digital-commerce communication plan along whole online consumer loop by content driven model.
  • To plan, design and implement yearly/quarterly/monthly stores’ campaign calendar based on yearly target and phasing.
  • To manage stores’ operation to drive offtake (sell-out) and consumer/shopper’s engagement.
  • To analyze and review stores’ operation and campaign for future optimization and learning.
  • To visit and communicate with third-party business partner, ecommerce platform and agencies for resources negotiation to ensure business target be achieved.
  • Budget management for ROI optimization.
  • Agency management for store operation, planning, implementation and sales target.
  • Distributor relationship for online consultant, inventory management and consumer delivery.
  • Ecommerce platform relationship management for resources and sales target.
  • To do business forecasting with solid mechanism, promotion planning and KPI.

Why You?

Basic qualifications:
  • College or bachelor’s degree.
  • Limited 5 years working experience, FMCG industry is preferred.
  • Limited 2 years working experience on ecommerce.
  • Experience on Tmall operation is a must.
  • Familiar with China ecommerce market and business model.
  • Familiar with Tmall platform’s game rules.
  • Good strategic thinking skill.
  • Good business planning skill.
  • Good digital campaign design skill
  • Good account management and relationship management skill.
  • Good execution and result driven.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good presentation skill, including PPT writing and in-person presentation.
  • Basic English skill on both writing and oral.
