Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Marketing team and Sales team to implement the IQAir overall E-Commerce Strategy in achieving the biz and brand influencing goal through all appropriate on-line channels;

• Work with digital team to review E-Commerce strategy and equip the commercial upside as per budget and company schedule;

• Ensure best in class content is delivered in the best possible way, keeping on-line pages up to date and relevant, including product descriptions, banner ideas, marketing material design, SEO positioning and key words are the best leveraged

• Analyze visitor behavior to inform development priorities aimed at improving conversion rates, recommend and manage user experience improvements based on best practice and testing data;

• Maintain connections with E-Commerce platform representatives (e.g., Tmall, JD) and identify opportunities on other new third party platforms; Manage all contracts and biz operations (product inquiry, payment and logistics) between these companies;

• Manage marketing campaign development, pre-selling, order fulfilment, product delivery, after sales service, refunds and new customer registration for the above platforms;

• Facilitate and provide responsible use by team members for appropriate systems (ERP and CRM).

• Other tasks assigned by the company.

Qualification

• Bachelor degree or above in relevant major;

• Minimum 5 years’ experience at E-commerce area in MNC or E-commerce agencies，or E-commerce platform

• Strong Key Account management skills, business development skills and knowledge in business;

• Good user knowledge E-commerce business analysis with PC software

• Experience in durable consumption industry or home appliance related brand will be a plus;

• Result oriented, data-analysis skills, self-motivated, actionable, can-do attitude, eager to learn, and be able to manage multiple tasks in a well-organized way, while maintaining high quality work;

• Excellent communications skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese;
