• Manage the relationships with TMall which including: Obtaining preferential resources/Generating and evaluating opportunities /Leveraging the positioning of the site/Driving relationships so that they brand is always prioritised

• Manage the Service Provider

• Regular reporting market intelligence, including market trend of product development, competitor activities, etc.

• Monitoring (SLAs), reporting (KPIs) and optimising activities as necessary

• Daily management and weekly/monthly reporting against operational targets

• Experience in key account management and understanding or ecommerce is a prerequisite.

• Previous experience within an agile project team or global operations

• High relationship management competence

• Excellent ability to use initiative and resolve problems

• Strong ability to multitask and manage at any given time a wealth of contrasting projects and tasks to keep the ecommerce business operationally fluid and progressing

• Strong communication skills across multiple stakeholders and ability to converse with various teams (local and global)

• Excellent account & query handling and ability to see projects through from start to finish

• Highly competent in office suite applications

• Natural flair in working in a fast-paced environment with high expectation

• Good teamwork capability with a positive and proactive outlook and enthusiasm towards work and colleagues
