Responsibilities:

• Assist team to Operate and Manage E-Commerce Marketplace stores (including eBay, Qoo10, Lazada, Shopee etc) selling Health & Beauty products to achieve company goals and targets;
• Provide Online Customer Service, Operation, Order Processing support, handle daily orders, enquiries and issues with oversea customers and partners (e.g. different shipping agents) in a timely and professional manner;
• Manage Product Listings, Pricing, Research, Sales Supporting tasks;
• Handle dispute cases, returns, replacement-shipments and refunds;
• Familiar with different marketplaces' SLA, rules and policies, resolve complaints/ issues in resolution center/ difference marketplace platforms efficiently and professionally, improve & maintain good feedback and dashboard status like eBay Top-Rated Seller;
• Daily clerical, administrative tasks, invoices checking and reports follow-up;
• Assist any ad hoc work and projects assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in E-Commerce, Internet, Business Administration, Marketing, Business Information Systems, Language, Communication or related field
• 2 years or above relevant working experience in Customer Service/ E-commerce Marketplace (eBay, Qoo10, Lazada etc)/ Internet/ Operation/ Sales Support/ IT/ Global Business/ Health & Beauty/ Shipping & Logistics field
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin). Proficiency in English and Chinese Word Processing.
• Proficiency in one or more foreign language(s) would be an advantage (e.g. Korean, Japanese, German, French, Spanish, etc)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Competent Computer Skills; Proficiency in MS Excel (vlookup, pivot table), Word & PowerPoint. Proficiency in HTML and photo editing software would be an advantage
• Fresh Graduate or candidate with less experience/ qualifications will be considered as E-commerce Assistant/ Clerk
• Immediate available is highly preferred
