Main Responsibilities：

VIP.com related operation – 90%

Be responsible for brand’s business growth on VIP.com and assist line manager to work closely with internal teams and external teams to deliver the following assets:

• Manage the daily operation works on VIP.com;
• Assist in building relationship with VIP.com and negotiate for good exposure resources to achieve the sales target;
• Manage TP to provide qualified services and ensure all outcome meet Brand’s standard;
• Carry out plans to drive online sales, improve consumer experience and brand awareness;
• Ensure page designs are aligned with Brand strategy and guidelines;
• Work closely with internal team and TP to deliver good content and optimize conversion rate;
• Monitor performance of monthly main articles on VIP.com and provide optimization plans;
• Make positive plans to reduce returns/refunds and increase good comments.
• Responsible for data analysis, for VIP.com related weekly, monthly sales, traffic reports and promotion tracking reports;
• Responsible for VIP.com annual contract renewal and other related contracts;
• Work closely with all corporate departments to provide a clear understanding of VIP.com order, delivery, sales, financial and all other issues;

• Assist dealers to fulfill their promotions on VIP.com

Others – 10%

• Make sure proper reports are delivered in time;
• Support the Ecommerce team in daily operation and tasks;
• Undertake other assignments by line manager

Position Requirements：

1. Bachelor degree in E-commerce /Marketing/ Business or equivalent subject.

2. Minimum 1 years working experience in E-commerce.

3. Basic ability in read and written English; fluent Mandarin.

4. Good skill on Ecommerce operations, experience in shoe/apparel category/VIP.com operation will be a plus.

5. High efficiency of MS office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

6. Positive work attitude, detail oriented, strong communication skills and be able to manage multiple tasks in a well-organized way, while maintaining high quality work.

7. Logical thinking, a quick learner and a team worker.

8. Have passion for Internet/Ecommerce/Digital
