Responsibilities:

• Online item registration & maintenance
• Manage information of Premium Bandai products (Item name, Item code, price, schedule, copyrights, order result, etc.)
• Communicate with Japan HQ and internal related parties to update products information.
• Handle whole process from item page preparation to order making
• Report the progress and order result with analysis of product items to relevant departments
• Support marketing part with related sale data
• Assist in marketing activities and events
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Min 2-3 years working experience in the related field
• Good computer knowledge (Photoshop, Illustrator, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
• Knowledge in HTML, JavaScript, CSS or others image editing software would be an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Japanese (Japanese is not a must)
  
• Detail minded, self-motivated, independent with good interpersonal and communication skills
