Job Description

EEMB is a Chinese-based international battery manufacturer since 1990’s, with a brand new beautiful headquarter office in a lovely neighborhood on the shore of lake golden-silver in Wuhan city. We have continued to stay on top as one of the leading manufacturers in China and we are looking for an enthusiastic and devoting applicant to fill the position of Administrative Assistant position / E-Commerce Sales Support.
We offer a very exciting and fast-paced business environment and no two days are alike. We are looking for a team player slash perfectionist, who takes pride in their work and enjoys working for a company that treats them like family.

Qualifications :
  • Have strong writing skills (writing samples required). You must know how to write an appealing sales letter, advertisements that will catch potential customer’s attention.
  • Have good communication skills (previous customer care support experience preferred)
  • Have proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Adobe Photoshop.-Must be a team player and be able to multi task
  • Be a fast learner and be familiarize with our products (For our product information, please visit: eemb.com)
  • Be able to create detailed product descriptions to accurately depict products in English
Native English speaker preferred.
General Job Description:
  • Assist with maintaining and updating product database/content
  • Implement marketing plans———twitter, Facebook, amazon, eBay, LinkedIn to achieve sales objectives
  • Provide customer support and resolve sales-related issues via phone and/or Email
  • Assist with assigned projects and various administrative tasks
  • Perform all administrative tasks that are required and assist supervisors when needed
  • Research the latest promotional trends and make sure our social media advertisement stays afloat in the industry.
