We are currently seeking a E Commerce sales lead to drive a range of incubation business as part the the Lenovo ANZ E Commerce team. This person will be part of a team responsible for owning our online store, LenovoPRO, for our Small and Midsize Business (SMB) customers.  The sales lead will lead the enablement and drive growth of a range of existing and new incubation products, services and software. As part of a matrix organization this role will manage a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders including IT Teams, specialist teams within Lenovo worldwide along with partners and vendors.  Responsible for end to end enablement of a range of incubation businesses from Smart Devices, Data Center, 3PO (Third party product offerings). Own the sales execution via web and a direct tele sales team to deliver agreed sales targets.  Focus on Software and Lenovo proprietary services, leading end to end delivery of enablement, promotion, and pricing, merchandising and the sales cycle.  Liaise with the broader services and software team at ANZ, AP and worldwide to plan roadmap and drive enablement. Work with cross functional team’s for New lines of business - data center products and incubation businesses including projects to set up process to be able to drive sales.  Manage weekly and quarterly promotions calendar for the incubation line of business in partnership with the broader Lenovo E Commerce team. Execute the promo calendar working with the segment owners and marketing teams.  Define requirements and scope enhancements for new solutions with both internal and external stakeholders.  Own the upstream and downstream stakeholder management including reporting on performance and roadmap updates. Assess program risks, anticipate challenges, and provide escalation management when necessary.  Own the IT enablement and enhancement process working with AP and Global IT infrastructure teams. Interface with project team members to understand project team requirements.  Create and organize internal wiki documentation on all the business process relating to Sales and Operations.  Run cadence calls with stakeholders on performance and tactical and long- term initiatives. #### Position Requirements:  Demonstrate superior collaboration skills and techniques which appropriately define alternate solutions  Experience with an ability to impact direct customer experience  High level of analytical thinking and time management  Ability to work independently and have entrepreneurial mindset to scale the business via new sales enablement and process refinement  Have experience in B2B Commerce with excellent system skills.  Excellent skills in project management along with Power point and Excel.  5-7 years in a fast-paced digital commerce environment  Experience in launching new products and services on to a complex ecommerce platform.  Proven experience in driving a strategic approach in product selection and an agile execution approach.  Bachelor / Master Degree We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
