Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS

  • Strategic planning on eCommerce business in terms of e-distributors, product portfolio, pricing strategy and promotion plan, to eventually drive sell out with exponential growth.
  • Vertical channels or co-branding with big names opportunity seeking to enhance brand exposure and awareness to pave for a stable sales revenue increase.
  • Enterprise procurement opportunities monitoring, analyze and assessment to ensure company's entry at earliest or most appropriate timing.
  • Work closely with eCommerce marketing, product and pricing team to ensure a relevant and competitive product portfolio and content online, maximize the ROI of in-site paid search or banners, good user experience and reasonable pricing setting.
  • Good in fostering partner relationship, yet strong negotiation skills with e-distributors on commercial terms for big promotion events, share of listing, etc.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree with over 8-year solid experience and understanding in eCommerce
  • Strong sales ability and entrepreneurial spirit with eagerness to meet and exceed goals and targets
  • Ability to understand the cross functional pieces of the SBD business process and bring value added thinking to improve the target business process.
  • Be passionate in eCommerce business
  • Excellent interpersonal interactions with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties with strong negotiation skills
  • Independent, creative self-starter with ability to multi-task in a highly energetic, fast-paced environment
  • Good at Microsoft skill, with data mining skill is a plus
