Job Title: EC Trade Marketing Manager, i-Health

Report to: Sales Director, i-Health

Location: Shanghai

The Challenge

  • The EC trade marketing manager will work closely with brand marketing , sales and TP/distributors to supervise the daily operation and plan/execute the annual strategy of flag ship stores and platforms to drive revenue to build a sizable and profitable eCommerce business as well as customer satisfaction
  • Operate within the scope of Regulatory and Legal parameters when implementing brand initiatives programs]
  • Travel 30% of time to attend customer meetings

The Position :

  • Key Areas of Accountability
  • Develop seasonal campaigns, promotion scheme, content and promotion plans as well as page design for regular events and big shopping windows on the platforms by identifying the effective EC platform marketing tools, including right touch points (e.g. search/ display/ other content marketing, etc.), co-ordinate with marketing team to deliver relevant messages and identify powerful influencers.
  • Develop channel and portfolio strategy for capturing potential business opportunities and creating channel differentiation based on the understanding of category trend, shopper insights & competitor analysis.
  • Plan and control the expense budget to achieve the ROI target
  • Work closely with brand marketing team and sales to ensure a consistent message delivery
  • Regular sharing the competition dynamics, performance results to stakeholders and top management. And being the EC champion to represent China via meetings and conference calls (English)

The Ideal

  • BS/BA or above.
  • 7+ years of experience of online trade marketing.
  • Budgeting, forecasting and analytical skills required.
  • Fluently in both English & Mandarin, both spoken and written
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to present internally and externally
