(1) E-Commerce
- Collaborate with the senior management to develop, and continually enhance, a strategy and feasible business case for generating sustainable and high-volume online membership sales in the region
- Then, own the effectiveness, optimization and growth of corporatae e-commerce marketing strategy to drive revenue generation and profitability
- Your responsibilities will include all aspects of multi-channel member acquisition email campaigns and online marketing campaigns (as well as conceptual design, strategy, HTML, copy and creative) for hotel membership programs in the region
(2) Digital Marketing
- Develop and own the strategy for continually enhancing member engagement and online membership renewals
- Take charge of digital assets from a product management perspective, including many loyalty program websites and mobile apps
- Define KPI measures of success and develop/identify processes and systems for regional marketing teams to measure and report KPIs to senior management on a monthly basis.
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams and clients, to manage and execute all aspects of outbound promotional email campaigns (including schedule, conceptual design, strategy, copy and creative) for
- Manage content on multiple supporting websites and mobile applications to ensure a cohesive promotional strategy
(3) Client Management
- Expand and drive Rooms Reservations revenue to ensure that all hotels in the region are distributing favorable Member rates within the parameters of their contract (e.g. 20 best available rate, etc.).
- Provide training to partner hotels on CRM and general program introductions as necessary; ensure that all partner hotels understand the value of CRM; measure and report on hotel usage to drive further hotel engagement with CRM
- Drive senior management-level support within partner hotels and build relationship with program champions in the hotel
(4) Product Management
- Contribute towards the product life-cycle e-commerce and CRM platforms
- Collaborate and work with a team of product engineers
- Help define a product vision and strategy, while gathering product requirements

Background & Experience:
- Experience with creating and managing hotel or restaurant F&B promotions
- Experience formulating marketing plans and implementing/managing online marketing plans to success
- Experience working professionally with social media to drive commercial results
- Minimum of 5 years' experience driving successful multi-channel e-commerce and email marketing campaigns
- Excellent English, with strong communication skills (both verbal and written). Mandarin fluency is required
- Experience in online Product Management, with a focus on e-commerce products and technologies
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends with strong technical abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work towards strategic goals in an innovative and fast paced environment
- Experience working with web analytics packages (such as Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.) and defining campaign success metrics
- Strong managerial skills in a multi-cultural environment. And the ability to coach and motivate 3rd party partners and internal resources
- Demonstrated experience successfully implementing large-scale WeChat e-commerce sales results - a plus
- Good overall knowledge of hotel frequent guest programs in the market, CRM technology, etc. - a plus
- Management level work experience in the hotel industry, in the arena of loyalty programs, sales/marketing, guest relations, reservations, or front office - a plus
- Strong knowledge of reservations processing (CRS/PMS), GDS, OTA, yield management principles, etc. - a plus
- Cantonese language fluency - a plus
