Project phase

• Develop strong understanding of substation, MCC, PLC, instrumentation in exist production lines.
• Review the E&I engineering deliverables from engineering firm and insure meet with user technical requirement.
• Work with project team to define project scope and project requirements.
• Provide project procurement support including producing ITB and MFQ package which are related with E&I and automation.
• Coordination, commissioning and start-up of the company's new project, will be in charge the maintenance after the project finish.

Operation phase

• Ensure safety and availability of Electrical, Instrumentation and PLC Systems for the whole site.
• Design, install, repair, maintain, operate, inspect, test and take full charge and responsibility for all E&I and control Systems
• E&I Plant Engineer for the E&I equipment and automation of the whole site including ownership responsibilities
• Continuously optimize the maintenance process and realize technical changes to improve the production site.
• Be the focal point for IT related topics to ensure adequate representation of the entire organization
• Provide technical expertise and oversight for E&I maintenance and initiate technical changes to the instrument and electrical systems required
• Identify and implement potential cost savings and safety related items.
• Provide cost estimates and engineering support
• Take over on a regular and scheduled base the E&I on-call engineer duties
• Lead the team members to achieve the maintenance responsibilities
• Set up and improve the preventive maintenance plan
• Provide necessary training to inner guys and contractor employees
• Manage Plant Project and maintenance contractor ,Ensure contractor action or behaviors in compliance with HSE and quality requirements
• Ensure to pass successfully ISO recertification 9001/IATF16949/14001/18001 without major non-conformance
• Optimize the use of the facilities to improve the production efficiency and volume
• Research the technical problem of the facilities, raise the corrective actions and proposals
• Control and manage the spare parts, identify the important accessory, keep right storage and control the accessory issue
• CAPEX management. New equipment selection, purchase requisition, quality inspection and write-off management

Daily management of the HSE in the dominative area, report deviation, observe subordinates deviation report and change

• Education: Bachelor degree, majored in electrical, instrumentation or automation.
• Working Experience: Min. 10 years of maintenance experience in petrochemical, chemical or automation industry.
• Technical & Professional Knowledge:
• Acceptable communication skills in English and Mandarin,
• Ability to review P&ID
• Able to use the software of AutoCAD and MS Office etc.

Familiar with Siemens S7 PLC, and ABB VFD etc.
