职位描述

• The main role of the E-Key Account Assistant Manager is to support play a critical role in working with our key customer(JD POP FGS), and platform e-commerce team to deliver sales target, develop comprehensive and cohesive plan to drive consumer journey from awareness through to conversion and loyalty.
• Achieve Business Target through leading and managing cross functional team and agencies
• Achieve online business goals of JD POP Flagship Store.
• Budget planning and control, provide forecast to supply chain for production;
• Manage online investment to optimize ROI and accretive online P&L
• Work closely with internal team and external agencies;
• Enhance brand presence online by managing online portfolio, product page, activity;
• To implement Perfect Store Online and On-Shelf-Availability Tmall Supermarket, which including right product, right picture, right content etc.
• Choose and design activity which fit into consumer/customer needs while also fit into brand strategy, then implement in customer site.

任职条件

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of working experience in e-commerce,(managing JD business &FMCG industry experiences is a PLUS)
• Strong ability to build trust and influencing internal and external business partners.
• Effective working in a fast paced and fluid environment that requires strong ownership,bias for actions,ability to prioritize, and deliver high quality results.
• Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration.
• Strong learning capabilities on new skills.
• Data analysis and presentation skills.
• Fluent English speaker, good presentation skill
• Ability to collaborate successfully and lead multiple projects and teams
• Good team worker and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated, highly organized, flexible and results oriented
• Pet owner is preferred.
