Requirements:

-          Degree or above in Electrical & Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent 

-          Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

-          Minimum 5 years relevant experience in E&M project with Building services contractors field

-          Holder of TCP T1 or equivalent would be advantage

-          Holder of REW A0 / B0 / C0 would be advantage

-          Good AutoCAD skills

-          Familiar with the details of the contract

-          Immediately available or short notice is preferred

-          Work closely with other professionals, including constitution Project Manager, subcontractors with in-house project team, attend or arrange project technical and progress meeting

-          Experience on MTR /or Airport project will be advantage 

-          6 days per week

-         Office station in Fanling
