Responsibilities:

• Provide support and manage all aspects of E&M issues to the project management team
• Coordinate and manage all external project parties to ensure project objectives are met throughout all phases of the project
• Attend relevant project and site meetings and inspect construction site periodically for quality control

Requirements:

• Good recognized degree holder in Building Services/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Member of CIBSE/ IMechE/ HKIE/ RPE, holder of BEAM Professional accreditation is an advantage
• Minimum 8 years' of relevant working experience, mainly gained from Hong Kong projects and from consultant or client side
• Strong technical competenceanddesign experience in E&M and project management for luxury residential and A grade office projects is a distinct advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
