A well reputed Developer is E&M Manager to assist them in Hong Kong for their New Build projects

To be a successful candidate you should possess the following key skills:

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Building Services/Mechanical Engineering or relevant
• 12+ years’ experience in E&M design and project works from a Developer and Consultancy with Mixed Use, Shopping Mall, Retail or Commercial project experience
• Reporting to the Project Manager, you are expected to oversee site management, E&M installations, project coordination and coordination works with client, consultant and sub-contractors
• Those with a chartered membership of HKIE, CIBSE or equivalent will be highly preferred
• Those fluent in Chinese and English will been advantage
