Our client is a one of the leading Data center in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

We are recruiting an E&M Project Manager/ Facility Manager/ Engineer who is responsible for  New Build Projects/ Improvement works/ Project Management, contract documentation & Execution for the Data center projects in Hong Kong.  This person needs to ensure that all phases of work are planned and completed on time, within budget and to the specified quality. 

Requirements:

• Degree in mechanical/electrical or building services engineering
• Minimum 4 years’  experience in data center projects
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills
• Motivated, confident and a team player
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
