• Client: 1) Property Developers (Large to Medium size), 2) Main Contractor
• Position: Project Manager - E&M
  
• Project:
• Hong Kong - Mixed development, Railway project, large-scale E&M works for civil project
• China - Residential / Shopping Mall / Hotel projects
• Macau - Hotel development
• Salary: $50K - $80K+

Requirements

• Degree holder in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering
• Professional qualification preferred; HKIE, CIBSE or equivalent
• Min. 10 years experience in E&M projects
• Large-scale E&M system installation experience preferred.
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Less experienced candidates will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
