Assist EC marketing team and support team managers on competitive market intelligence analysis and help implement EC Campaigns relevant to key platforms (including Ali/JD and etc) especially in key promotion seasons.
Support to execute analyzing on data and traffic effectiveness, KOL analysis, Campaign effectiveness, etc.
Support on competitor analysis, new trend collection and agency sharing.
Provide Support to team in key promotions and campaign follow-ups, e.g. D11, 618 or Super brand day campaign etc.
Prepare contracts and payments and in charge of all team admin issues, spending report, supporting documents fillings, calendar management for managers, arrange regular team meetings and plan for team building activities.
Provide constant support to the team, including but not limited to internal Ecommerce marketing related process coordination including local and global.
Certain internal X-functional communication task, and Perform other tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
University graduate with minimum of 1 -3 year of experience in marketing or Ecommerce fields of consumer brands or agencies.
Detail Oriented with service spirit, Strong administration and organizational skills to be able to do multitasking. Can meet deadline and work under pressure.
Good interpersonal communication skills, warm hearted and helpful, good EQ with empathy, have ability to build good connections in matrix organization.
A team player who can work independently and proactively in solving problems. A quick learner with high learning agility is preferred.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Good Office software implementation skill as well as demonstrated project management capability.
