职位描述

-The main role of the E-Merchandising Manager is to play a critical role in working with our key customer(JD -platform), and platform e-commerce team to deliver sales target, develop comprehensive and cohesive plan to drive consumer journey from awareness through to conversion and loyalty.

  • Deploy brand strategies and objectives, shopper’s insights into e-commerce merchandising solution which includes:
  • Lead the design of product pages for all current and future ecommerce platforms.
  • Deliver accurate and best-in-class images throughout all devices (PC, mobile, app, wechat, pad, etc.)
  • rack and analyse performance of ecommerce pages, monitor best practice by other brands, then provide insights for continuous improvements.
  • Be responsible for the search ranking optimization and category rankings, pricing and promotion, user ratings and reviews, on-shelf availability etc. across all platform clients.
  • Understand platform key customers, develop and prioritize proper A&P investment plan, be responsible for the execution and alignment across platforms and customers.
  • Responsible for Ecommerce key account A&P budget planning, allocation, spending and execution, ensure spending within budget and drive effective ROI.
  • Closely monitor allocated A&P funds throughout the year via good self-tracking and reports provided by finance team.
  • Work closely with marketing team, finance and platform e-commerce team to develop comprehensive and cohesive plan to drive consumer journey from awareness through to conversion and loyalty.
  • Design and execute platform specific promotion, traffic building and SNS programs to drive sales.
  • Working side by side with data analysis team to perform in-depth analysis of growth drivers, product portfolio, channel conversion, investment ROI to give recommendations and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Working closely with EKA managers and Customers to optimize currently platform advertising strategy, ROI of CPC/CPM etc., as well as content marketing management.
  • Strengthen connection with JD platform
  • Proactively collect platform uni-marketing and category information so as to integrate available resources to build RC brand and drive sales.
  • Maintain good relationship with platform by organizing regular and event based cooperation meetings.
  • Accelerate nutrition content by leveraging platform resource to strengthen online consumer nutrition

education, incorporating with FGS in the platform.

任职条件

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience in product marketing, in-store merchandising and digital search.
  • Has brand management or insight background is a value added
  • B2C E-commerce experience a big plus
  • Fluent English speaker, good presentation skill
  • Ability to collaborate successfully and lead multiple projects and teams
  • Good team worker and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated, highly organized, flexible and results oriented
  • Pet owner is preferred.
